Our best choice! Excellent Field Grilled Beef We carefully select and purchase Japanese black beef every day and grill it in the field. The eggs are also carefully selected and fresh from Saitama. We use A5 rank sirloin of Japanese black beef.
You can enjoy grilled shabu-shabu using A5 rank black-haired Wagyu sirloin, coated with carefully selected egg yolk. *The photo is an image of one serving.
It uses A5 rank red meat and is very filling!! We are accepting reservations for Setsubun on February 3rd, and we look forward to your call.
Our restaurant uses only A5 grade black-haired wagyu beef for all dishes, and even our regular cuts feature meat that cannot be found in other yakiniku restaurants.
