The scene of the chef carefully grilling ingredients on the iron plate right in front of me is full of live energy and excitement. The black-haired Wagyu beef, both the fillet and sirloin, is astonishingly tender, and the fresh wasabi enhances the sweetness of the meat refreshingly. The grilled Ise lobster and abalone steamed with seaweed are rich in aroma, and the moment they enter the mouth, the flavors of the sea spread out. The appetizers made with caviar and foie gras are not too heavy, and the crispiness of the tart and the sweetness of the vegetables create a good balance. The garlic rice that comes out at the end of the meal is fragrant, and the Kobe beef on top adds a luxurious accent that brings a smile to my face. This wonderful restaurant offers calm service, a great view, and ensures enjoyment right up to the final dessert cart.
