The yakitori is very well salted and grilled. I thought the chicken was very chewy and not too fatty, making it easy to eat. The chicken wings were open and skewered. The salt dumplings were very meaty. The liver was so great that I couldn't believe how tasty it was. I used to not like liver, but after eating it here, I thought it was delicious. And the oyakodon is also excellent.
