This summer-only course offers a hearty taste of chitori nabe, a dish that originated in Osaka, with our secret soy sauce and miso sauce! This satisfying course features the chiritori nabe, which is made of plump Japanese black beef hormone and plenty of vegetables, as well as appetizers, kimchi, and rice gruel for dipping. It goes well with beer and highballs! With 2 hours of all-you-can-drink included, this is a very satisfying and perfect for summer parties and women's parties!

Born from Osaka's downtown culture, 'chiri-tori nabe' is a stamina dish characterized by a square, shallow pot resembling a griddle, where ingredients are boldly simmered. Its unique name comes from its resemblance to a 'chiri-tori' (dustpan). We offer two types of secret sauces that are the key to this chiri-tori nabe. The 'Soy Sauce Base' has a rich and sharp flavor that becomes addictive, while the 'Miso Base' offers a mellow richness and depth. Both sauces have been meticulously developed through numerous trials, perfectly complementing the hormones and vegetables, making them our restaurant's special sauces. You can feel the umami and smoothness in the spiciness, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. Enjoy this proud flavor! The main ingredients include plump hormones, plenty of fresh vegetables like onions, bean sprouts, and chives. The sight of the ingredients simmering in the pot, soaked in the special sauce, is visually appetizing.
