The Extremarium series is overwhelmingly popular in our sparkling wine selection. Crisp/White Production Area: Italy, Veneto Region Producer: Ca Botta Varieties: Garganega, Riesling Renano Ca Botta cultivates grapes using sustainable farming methods in vineyards at an altitude of 500m overlooking Verona. The grapes, which grow healthily due to the temperature differences between day and night and the winds blowing from the mountains, are all hand-harvested. The mountainous vineyards have good drainage, allowing grapes with concentrated fruit flavors to thrive. This white wine, made from sun-dried grapes, won the highest award, the Diamond Trophy, at the 2018 Sakura Wine Awards (2015 vintage).
