Produced in the region of Beldriel, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza by the producer Casarena, this sparkling wine is made using 100% Chardonnay harvested from the Jamila vineyard, and is crafted through traditional bottle fermentation (zero dosage). It is characterized by a very refreshing palate with a mineral feel and pleasant acidity.
Origin: Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Producer: Casarena. Grape variety: Pinot Noir. Orange-tinted pink color. Characteristic small and creamy bubbles typical of the Champagne method reappear in the sediment, possessing fresh and fruity aromatic features of the variety. Notable aromas of bread from the yeast and balanced fruitiness of cherry and other Pinot Noir characteristics.

This is a culmination of Casarena Malbec, where the best plots of Malbec were defined in the Naoki, Lauren, and Jamira vineyards out of the four vineyards of Casarena, and only the Malbec from those plots was used for the blend.
