Morey-Saint-Denis ★ Pinot Noir adjacent to Clos Saint-Denis. Average vine age is 45 years. Fermented with wild yeast for 2-3 days of maceration. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels from the Allier region. Elegant aroma and well-balanced flavor.
Meursault ★ Chardonnay with the characteristics of high-altitude Meursault vineyards, showcasing a light yet plump fruitiness. Aromas of nuts and a rich flavor with beautiful acidity. Sustainable farming practices. Only 4500 bottles produced annually.

Marche Verdicchio born in 2023. Crafted in harmony with nature. Fresh and refreshing. Very delicate and creamy bubbles. A complexity is also felt, with a grapefruit-like quality enhancing the refreshing sensation.
Austrian wine that expresses the spirit of Wabi Sabi with Grüner Veltliner. It is dry, but the cloudiness spreads a delicious flavor in the mouth.
