Every morning, delicious fish arrives thanks to the cooperation of fishermen from the famous Izumi 'Dejima Fishing Port'. The quantity and types of fish vary depending on the weather and season, but the fish caught that day is delivered directly to the store, ensuring freshness. This is a brand of beef from Osaka that has been raised on plums from Kishu, which have been pickled for the production of plum wine! The farm is located in Sakai, and about 100 head of black-haired Wagyu cattle are raised there. Its refined flavor can be said to be for adults. However, due to its limited distribution, it seems to be consumed in high-end restaurants and steakhouses.
