Bone-in lamb steak (original sauce flavor) 1 piece. This is a rare cut that can only be taken in small quantities from the rack of lamb. It is marinated in Matsuo Genghis Khan's secret sauce, making it easy to eat.
We focused on the texture and intentionally made it coarsely ground, incorporating pork back fat to envelop the rich flavor of the lamb. It is a sausage with a spicy kick.
