This course includes all-you-can-drink for 2 hours and includes shabu shabu shabu of pork shoulder loin in Nayuta's luxurious dashi broth made from non chemical seasoning and using natto (dried bonito). We will of course serve Jyuwari Soba to finish the meal. Reservations required at least 2 days in advance. Please use this course for year-end party, launch party, welcome party, farewell party, etc.
This is a warm soba noodle dish that uses plenty of four types of mushrooms, including domestically produced fresh shiitake and white maitake. The types of mushrooms may change depending on availability.
The main feature is the noodles, a carefully crafted 100% buckwheat soba simply mixed with a special sauce and egg. Please enjoy it with side dishes or sprinkle some black shichimi from the table.
This is a gentle-tasting curry soba made with plenty of tenderly cooked Kobe beef tendon. We also have curry dipping sauce soba available.
