You can sit calmly at the counter and enjoy your meal in a welcoming atmosphere. The rice made with red vinegar has a pleasant aroma, and it harmonizes very well with the toppings. The rice is small, allowing you to enjoy a variety of types in small amounts. It's convenient to be able to order one piece at a time, and you can freely choose your favorite toppings. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and akadashi (red miso soup) are both rich in flavor and comforting. There are also other dishes available besides sushi, and all of them are highly satisfying.
