I was excited by the taste that returned. The pleasant aroma of cumin and the spiciness make it easy to eat with a European-style thickness. The style changes with the ingredients, and the combination of pork belly and mushrooms is perfect. When paired with cheese, the richness increases, providing even more satisfaction. There are plenty of pickles and salad, refreshing the palate and encouraging the next bite. After finishing, my body feels warm, and a happy aftertaste lingers.

The aroma of spices is distinct, and the cumin spreads gently. The European-style base roux is rich and delicious. The cutlet is thin, crispy, and light, pairing well with the roux. There are plenty of pickles and salad, making it perfect for refreshing the palate. By the time I finished eating, my body felt warm, and I also felt a sense of nostalgia. It's a place that feels like a one-room apartment in Amemura, which is a bit exciting.
