Since opening, this has been the only unchanged popular staple menu item. Many customers enjoy having a quick two glasses of wine with this before heading home. It goes well with homemade bread and crackers.
Wheat from Iwate Prefecture is milled in-store. Whole grain flour is immediately used in the dough. After being carefully fermented with our home-cultured yeast, it is shaped and baked. The high hydration gives it a chewy texture, and the aroma of wheat and yeast is essential for pairing with natural wine. Currently, it is only available for in-store customers.
From Kawai Farm in Nishi Ward, Niigata City. The delicious vegetables that the owner fell in love with appear in various menus. Since opening, the number of fans has been continuously increasing.
The photo shows liver mousse, Tajima deer pâté en croûte, prosciutto, and other vegetables from Kawai Farm arranged in an individual portion.
Imported weekly from Kawaba Village. Luxuriously served whole, with seasonal fruits and a citrus vinaigrette. Please forgive us if sold out.
We have a wide selection of seasonal ingredients and classic dishes loved since our opening, just like a local trattoria.
Approximately 8 types of glass wine are available daily (from ¥990 including tax). Please feel free to order from one glass. Inquire about the contents. Daily wine starts from ¥660.
We offer Sapporo Edel Pils draft (spring and summer) or Kohaku Ebisu draft (autumn and winter) to match the ingredients and dishes of the season.
A luxurious sour made with a whole white peach. A popular menu item available only around July to August. Non-alcoholic options are also available.
The Dewar's highball with a hint of peat is delivered with strong carbonation and served ice-cold, thanks to being barrel-aged.
Please feel free to ask. Hidden drinks that our staff, who love shochu and sake, can't help but share.
