There is a wide variety of whisky. Why do they differ so much even though they are the same liquor? The world of whiskey is truly a profound one. We hope you will enjoy this hands-on introduction to the world of whiskey. Charge (¥500) is included in the price.
This is an opportunity for participants to experience how to enjoy sake at a counter. We hope you will broaden your enjoyment of food (and drink) by learning how to order and drink alcoholic beverages at the counter, along with explanations of the types of alcoholic beverages available. The fee includes a ¥500 charge.
A soup based on consommé, with a variety of spices added. The types and ratios of spices used are adjusted depending on the weather of the day.
We want you to feel the season through the ingredients, so we finish with a simple seasoning that brings out the flavor of the ingredients. The photo is 'Tomato Yacco'. Please enjoy it with chopped shiso leaves, bonito flakes, olive oil, and a dressing made with homemade whiskey. We do not use lemon because the cocktail paired with this dish uses lemon. By pairing alcohol and appetizers, the dressing is completed in your mouth.
For seasoning, carefully selected sake is used luxuriously. The photo is of one of the most popular salty snacks at our store, 'Martini Potato Salad'. When sautéing bacon and onions, plenty of gin and vermouth, the ingredients of the so-called king of cocktails, Martini, are used, seasoned with alcohol and botanical spices without mayonnaise.
We propose sweets that go well with alcohol using homemade jam with alcohol. Sweets can be delivered nationwide. For more details, please check our website. The photo is a homemade jam pound cake (whiskey ginger flavor) made with a spicy rye-based dough, generously mixed with homemade ginger jam (similar to ginger syrup), baked at 180 degrees in the oven until golden brown, and soaked with bourbon whiskey for finishing.
We offer a variety of chocolates such as ganache chocolates made with bitter couverture chocolate, cream, citrus peel, and spices, as well as crunchy chocolates with cereals and nuts. All of them are made with carefully selected whiskey for a luxurious taste. The photo shows Whiskey Ganache Chocolate (Taketsuru Old Fashioned). Made with pure malt whiskey Taketsuru, inspired by the world's most popular cocktail 'Old Fashioned', incorporating orange peel and cinnamon. Enjoy the bitterness, freshness, and the subtle aroma of whiskey.

Made with the refreshing taste and elegant flavor of 'Super Nikka' as the base, and finished with the smoky and aromatic key malt 'Single Malt Yoichi'. You can clearly taste the whiskey, and it is a highball that combines a satisfying drink with ease of drinking.
Researching an easy-to-drink mizuwari based on the opinion that 'whiskey mizuwari is not good'. Referencing the ultimate mizuwari section of the manga 'BAR Lemon Heart', various blends were compared, resulting in the current achievement. Pre-mix whiskey and water, stir well in a mixing glass, pour into a chilled glass until frosted. Also, according to your preference, we will prepare it to suit you, such as selecting brands and adjusting concentrations. This mizuwari is recommended for those who are not good at 'whiskey mizuwari', think 'it's a waste to dilute whiskey', or simply do not like whiskey.
Our original recipe for the globally popular cocktail 'Old Fashioned'. While this cocktail is typically made with American whiskey, we use 'Black Nikka Deep Blend' for a unique twist. The bitters used are specially prepared for this cocktail. Crushed sugar cube is sunk at the bottom, and a cinnamon stick is provided for stirring to your preference. Even after finishing the drink, if there is still ice or sugar left, we can add more whiskey for you.
We offer about 10 types of high-proof gins such as Victorian Bat Gin, Nikka Cafe Gin, Geneva, Old Tom, Navy Strength, domestic and international craft gins, and seasonal limited edition products. We will prepare according to your preference.
Our original recipe Irish coffee. Made with a carefully selected, aromatic and fruity Ethiopian natural light roast. The bright color reflects the nuances of the beans. Please give it a try.
We offer around 10 different types of homemade syrups at all times, which can be added to ginger ale, cola, citrus drinks, tea, seasonal fruits, and more. We change the spices used as a secret ingredient each time, so you can enjoy different flavors each time. You can enjoy them as original cocktails with your favorite alcohol or as homemade drinks even without alcohol.
In addition to standard cocktails, we offer original recipes and cocktails made with homemade syrups. We will make cocktails tailored to your preferences. The photo shows the dessert cocktail 'Alexander'.
Two types of craft beer. Both are available in bottles. One is a hoppy ale beer called 'TOKYO BLUES' produced by Ishikawa Shuzo in Fussa, Tokyo. The other is a black beer made in Minoh, Osaka called 'Minoh Stout'. The photo is of 'TOKYO BLUES'.
A cocktail with a mild alcohol content, a refreshing taste, and a thirst-quenching effect. The photo shows a Yuzu Gin Fizz made with homemade yuzu syrup, gin, lemon juice, soda, and garnished with lemon peel, creating a refreshing drink. The base gin used is Nikka's Cafe Gin.
A classic first drink at the bar, the Long Cocktail is intentionally served here as a second drink. The photo shows a highball made by mixing two types of whiskey without ice. With this method, you can enjoy the original 'aroma' of the whiskey.
A cocktail that can be savored slowly with a deep flavor and a slightly higher alcohol content. The photo is of a 'Sazerac' made with Kirin Distillery's 'Single Grain Fuji'. It is famous as one of the oldest cocktails and is popular worldwide.
Originally, high-proof short cocktails are often consumed as the first drink before a meal or as the last drink, but here it is the second to last drink. For the final drink, we have dessert cocktails waiting. By the way, we do not have a shaker at our store. All short cocktails are made by stirring. Please enjoy the refreshing taste unique to stirring.
Finally, we will finish with a sweet and low-alcohol dessert cocktail. The photo is of the original recipe Irish Coffee (King Biscuit Twist).
