The owners, the Yamashita couple, serve dishes centered on fresh vegetables they grow themselves. Inspired by training in Osaka and by vegetarian cuisine in Tochigi, they pursue healthy dishes that make abundant use of vegetables. From the field to the table, they offer warm moments to visitors with dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients.
