The menu includes seven dishes, including a steak that is slowly aged in the restaurant's dedicated aging room and bagna cauda, fresh highland vegetables served with homemade sauce. Side dishes include freshly baked bread from Asanoya, a famous bakery in Karuizawa. For dessert, we offer seasonal desserts using strawberries, rhubarb, blueberries, etc.

The hamburger made with 100% aged beef without any fillers has a volume that feels like you are eating a chunk of meat. The aged beef has a rich flavor, so we serve it with a light fond de veau sauce.
