This is a recommended course at Yasuda, which focuses on Miyazaki jidori chicken! A total of 8 dishes including "Miyazaki Jidori Chicken Tataki" and "Miyazaki Jidori Chicken Aburi" are prepared in addition to a seasonal salad using summer vegetables. All-you-can-drink drinks include highly carbonated highballs and chuhai for 120 minutes!
This is a course in which you can choose from two hot pots: "Mizutaki" to enjoy Jitkko chicken in a slow-cooked cloudy chicken broth, and "Sukiyaki" to taste Jitkko chicken enhanced with carefully selected vegetables and a special sauce. Of course, you can also enjoy our signature dishes such as "Miyazaki Chicken Tataki" and "Fried Chicken Wings"! All-you-can-drink for 120 minutes is included!
Autumn limited course Spicy dumpling hot pot is the main dish!
A unique way of eating bone-in grilled chicken, broken down for easier consumption, specific to Miyazaki. Grilled to a deep black over charcoal, the deliciousness of the chicken fat is addictive. This luxurious dish allows you to enjoy Miyazaki's local gourmet cuisine even while in Osaka.
The combination of slowly simmered milky chicken broth and Jitokko chicken is outstanding! Please enjoy it with carefully selected vegetables and ponzu sauce.
