신사이바시역에서 도보로 바로입니다. 아담하고 차분한 공간에서 카운터에서 조리하는 모습을 볼 수 있어 기대가 됩니다. 젊은 장인분의 세심한 작업으로 계절 식재료를 살린 일본 요리가 모두 아름답게 완성되어 있습니다. 복어와 장어 코스에서는 얇게 썬 것, 구운 것, 튀김, 전골 등 다양한 조리법으로 맛의 차이를 즐길 수 있습니다. 마지막의 죽까지 육수가 확실히 우러나 있어 마지막까지 만족할 수 있습니다. 일본주 라인업도 풍부하여 요리에 맞춰주면 쉽게 만날 수 없는 한 병을 만날 수 있어 기쁩니다.
