Suzuchu's tuna is from the belly of wild bluefin tuna! We aim to be number one in the region! Although we say it's an assortment of 5 pieces, we always end up piling it on!
Wagyu beef tendon directly shipped from the owner's hometown Yamagata! When eaten with garlic toast, it transforms into a Western-style flavor!
The key to the flavor is the homemade white broth made with plenty of grilled flying fish and the golden broth of clams!
We made fried daikon from oden. It's very hot, so be careful of burns.
