This is a special Japanese restaurant with a limited seating capacity of eight, created by the relocation to Gokusho of Yonehachi, a long-established ryokan in the old town of Hakata, located in the historic Hakata Gion district. Supervised by Matsuo, who led the famous Sushi Restaurant Tsukuda in Karatsu, and Nouchi, who studied at the Park Hyatt Kozue, the cuisine is a fusion of elegant techniques and modern sensibilities, bringing out the best of the four seasons' ingredients. Enjoy a luxurious moment of intoxication with the exquisite harmony of food and sake, accompanied by wine or sake selected by sommelier Motofumi Yamamoto, while the food is served on an omakase basis.

The chef is supervised by Mr. Matsuo, who led the famous sushi restaurant Tsukuda in Karatsu, and is also a passive apprentice who inherited the techniques from Mr. Matsuo. The dishes served by Mr. Nouchi and Mr. Doi are gems that bring out the best of seasonal ingredients and are a fusion of neat techniques and modern sensibilities. The origin of the golden beer 'Pilsner'. It is 'Pilsner Urquell', brewed only in Pilsen, Czech Republic.
