We prepare our “chef’s choice” sushi primarily using wild-caught fish sourced from Oyama Fish Market in Karatsu, carefully selecting the best options based on the day’s catch. Building on the techniques of the renowned two-Michelin-starred restaurant “Sushidokoro Tsukuda” in Karatsu, we meticulously prepare each piece to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. We serve wild-caught fish selected for their optimal condition on that particular day. This is a dining experience where you can savor the ever-changing flavors with every piece of sushi.
The origin of the golden beer 'Pilsner'. This is 'Pilsner Urquell', brewed only in Pilsen, Czech Republic.
