Building on the techniques of the renowned two-Michelin-starred restaurant “Sushidokoro Tsukuda” in Karatsu, we meticulously prepare each piece to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. We serve wild-caught fish selected for their optimal condition on that particular day. This is a dining experience where you can savor the ever-changing flavors with every piece of sushi.
