This is a hearty course that includes appetizers, hormone, grilled dishes, and a finish. The specialty is "giara and leek. A professional griller grills the meat right in front of you. Please enjoy various parts of the meat grilled to the perfect degree of doneness. About 14 dishes will be prepared as omakase. The menu may vary depending on the ingredients. ~Examples: Tongue sashimi, Hatsu sashimi, Hiuchi taki, Omi beef yukke, Mino (mino) with hot sauce, smoked tongue (Ichibono) salad, kimchi, potato salad, grilled with salt (tongue, heart, top mino), steak (chateaubriand), grilled with sauce (2 kinds of red meat, tecchan), Hiuchi and other pickled meat, and a bite of rice and giaranegi, curry, soup *Menu is subject to change due to availability of items.
