Using high-quality sake rice (Miyako 95) grown in the Kyoto Yamashiro region and Kyoto's Fushimizu water. It is finished as a rich and dry sake that emphasizes the original depth of Japanese sake. It is suitable for warming in winter and can be enjoyed cold as well, allowing you to fully appreciate its flavor. It can also be served warm.
In recent years, it has gained recognition as the family home of actor 'Kuranosuke Sasaki', but it is an old established brewery that has been around for a long time. The rice is polished to 65% using Kyoto-grown Nihonbare, and the umami of the rice is enhanced by using famous water associated with Jurakudai. It is named after a children's song that has been passed down in central Kyoto. It is a slightly dry type and is also perfect for warm sake. It can be served hot as well.
Currently, sake breweries in Kyoto are concentrated in the area of 'Fushimi', but in the past, there were many breweries in the central part of Kyoto City known as 'Rakuchu'. Today, only two sake breweries remain in 'Rakuchu'. One of them is 'Sasaki Brewery', located in an area that was once the residence of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, known as 'Jurakudai', and the place name 'Izumi' remains, indicating that it has been blessed with high-quality underground water and has been active in sake brewing since ancient times.
This product won the highest award, the 'Trophy', in the Junmai Ginjo category at the international sake contest 'International Sake Challenge'. It is brewed using the sake rice 'Yamada Nishiki' and the famous water 'Fushimizu' from Fushimi, Kyoto, which is refined by nature. This Junmai Ginjo sake retains the deep flavors of the rice while featuring a refreshing aftertaste and fruity aroma. It is a bottle that allows you to enjoy the original taste of sake that expands in your mouth. It can also be served warm.
This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake brewed using 100% of the sake rice 'Iwai', which can only be cultivated in the Kyoto Prefecture, polished down to a rice polishing ratio of 45%. It was bottled directly without mechanical pressure, allowing the unfiltered sake to flow through the cloth. The round and soft mouthfeel of the 'Iwai' rice is pleasant, and you can also enjoy the aroma. The strength of the unpasteurized sake is reflected in the crispness of the aftertaste.
Although it is reasonable, since it is made by 'Kuro-ryu', an ordinary sake is not acceptable. This 'Exceptional' uses the same high-grade sake rice as top-class sake, achieving a high cost-performance that is unimaginable from the price. The aroma and lingering scent have a faint apple-like fragrance. It is refreshing and elegant. The mouthfeel is very crisp, giving a sense of refinement, with smoothness that glides over the tongue, offering a soft umami, and a clean, dry finish with a dignified character. The sharpness is also wonderful.

Hyogo Prefecture, Banshu - Okubanshu, where the rich grain-producing area of the Seto Inland Sea spreads out. A blessed environment where high-quality sake rice 'Yamada Nishiki' can be luxuriously obtained. 'There is no skill that excels in handmade' - unique sake brewing that can only be done by a small brewery. A punch in the mouth. The strong umami and acidity of the rice spread a rich sweet and sour flavor, with a solid umami. A mellow sweet aroma and toasty umami. A robust taste.
The five parties, 'customers', 'restaurants', 'liquor stores', 'breweries', and 'master brewers', maintain a dignified relationship, allowing you to enjoy sake with grace. It enhances the delicious flavors of the food and creates a relaxed atmosphere. While it may not stand out, it has a strong presence. A food-friendly sake that allows you to fully appreciate the soft, smooth, and delicious taste of 'Tengu Mai', which is 'easy to drink' and 'never gets boring'.
Gold Medal at the 2014 U.S. National Sake Appraisal. Brewed with underground water from the Tateyama water system, it has a clean and 'pure' drinking experience. Hand washing and limited water supply comparable to Daiginjo. The sake rice 'Tomi no Ka' from Toyama Prefecture is difficult to handle. Each step is carefully attended to with time and effort. The initial aroma is fresh. The impression of the flavor is that it is tasteless and transparent. After that, a crisp sweetness finally emerges, with a modest elegance. It feels like citrus fruits that are not overly ripe, with moderate acidity, astringency, and spiciness, resulting in a thoroughly refreshing taste.
Aiming for delicious sake brewing, we create high-quality sake utilizing traditional cold brewing techniques, all handmade from the koji making process. We suffered devastating damage from the Great Earthquake, but we have taken a new step forward. This super dry sake uses the highly regarded Miyagi-produced sake rice 'Miyama Nishiki.' It is not just a sake that is merely dry. The aroma is modest, yet it has an outstanding crispness and refreshing quality. It has a cool, apple-like fragrance. When tasted, it offers a rich, juicy flavor of rice. The sake is characterized by a clean profile with low acidity.
