기온 가릉의 중심 코스입니다. 봄에서 여름으로 계절이 바뀌면서 식재료도 바뀌고 있습니다. 그 날 그 날의 맛있는 음식을 엄선하여 대접해 드립니다. 이 중심이 되는 코스에는 기온 카링의 메인이기도 한 화려한 팔선(八寸)이 포함되어 있습니다. 기온카링에서는 사계절의 제철을 맛보실 수 있도록 매월 그 시기의 맛있는 식재료를 사용한 가이세키 요리를 제공하고 있습니다. 재료 수급 사정상 당일 예약이 어려우므로, 죄송합니다만 하루 전까지 예약해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
Each month, our chef prepares a special kaiseki meal. We will serve only what is available at the time, in the most delicious way, and with the most suitable dishware. Reservations made on the day will be served with this course. The variety and number of items may vary depending on the menu of the month. Only this course is available for same-day reservations. We do not accept reservations with children under 3rd grade elementary school age. Please contact the restaurant directly for reservations for more than ▶︎7 persons.
Appetizer, Soup Dish, Sashimi, Grilled Dish, Noodle Dish, Assorted Seasonal Dishes, Small Bowl, Main Dish, Kamameshi (choose from 3 types), Homemade Dessert. This is the highest rank course of Gion Karyō. Due to procurement circumstances, it is difficult to accept reservations on the same day, so we would appreciate it if you could make a reservation by the day before.

Of course, we use seasonal ingredients, and this course incorporates the Eight Delicacies, which is also the main feature of Gion Karyō. Due to procurement circumstances, it is difficult to accept reservations on the day, so we would appreciate it if you could make a reservation by the day before.
We offer a full kaiseki meal consisting of nine dishes, including an appetizer, soup, sashimi, grilled delicacies, a palate cleanser, simmered dishes, a strong side dish with rice, and homemade seasonal desserts using fresh ingredients.
