ตั้งอยู่ในสถานที่เงียบสงบที่อยู่ห่างจากถนนที่คึกคักเล็กน้อย มีการเสิร์ฟอาหารทอดที่เพิ่งทำเสร็จใหม่ ๆ ตามลำดับ เริ่มต้นด้วยชามเล็กและสลัดหลายจาน ซึ่งมีรสชาติที่ซับซ้อนเน้นผักทำให้รู้สึกดีมาก ลูกแพร์ทอดที่อยู่ในเต้าหู้ทอดนั้นทำให้รู้สึกแปลกใจ ทั้งเนื้อสัมผัสและกลิ่นหอมก็สนุกสนาน กุ้งและอกไก่ทอด รวมถึงเทมปุระหมูนั้นกรอบเบา ๆ และเทมปุระแตงกวาก็สดชื่นเข้ากันได้ดี ส่วนที่ปิดท้ายคือเนื้อปลาบินบดที่ร้อนจัด ซึ่งเข้ากันได้ดีกับข้าว ซุปมิโสะ และสาหร่ายคอนบุที่ดองไว้ การทำงานอย่างละเอียดของเชฟที่ฝึกฝนมาเป็นเวลานานนั้นสื่อสารออกมา ทำให้เราสามารถรับประทานได้อย่างสงบและอร่อย

แม้จะมีที่นั่งไม่มาก แต่บรรยากาศในร้านทำให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลาย และเจ้าของร้านก็คอยดูแลร้านอยู่เสมอ ทำให้สามารถเพลิดเพลินได้อย่างสบายใจ อาหารอร่อยไม่มีที่ติ เครื่องดื่มก็อร่อย ซาชิมิและเทมปุระเป็นเมนหลัก แต่เมนูอื่น ๆ ก็อร่อยจนอยากจะลองชิมให้ครบทุกอย่าง เทมปุระรวมมีหลายชนิด ครั้งนี้เลือกเป็นแบบธรรมดา แต่ครั้งหน้าคิดว่าจะเลือกเป็นแบบอื่น

ภายในร้านตกแต่งด้วยดอกไม้สด มีความสะอาดและทำให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลาย ในตอนแรกมีการเสิร์ฟอาหารเรียกน้ำย่อยที่เต็มไปด้วยความรู้สึกของฤดูกาลทีละจาน ซึ่งทุกจานสามารถส่งกลิ่นของวัตถุดิบได้อย่างชัดเจน เทมปุระที่เพิ่งทอดเสร็จจะถูกเสิร์ฟทีละจานผ่านเคาน์เตอร์ และด้วยแป้งที่เบา ทำให้สามารถรับประทานได้อย่างง่ายดาย หัวกุ้งกรอบ เนื้อที่ทำให้สุกแบบมีความหายาก ปลาช่อนที่นุ่มฟู และข้าวโพดอ่อนที่ทอดพร้อมขน ก็ทยอยมาเสิร์ฟ ทำให้ยิ้มได้ทุกครั้งที่รับประทาน สามารถปรับรสชาติได้ตามชอบด้วยเกลือหรือเกลือหมัก ทำให้สามารถเพลิดเพลินกับความหวานของยอดทับทิมและปลาหมึกไฟได้อย่างเต็มที่ รวมถึงข้าวและของหวานในตอนท้ายก็ไม่ทำให้รู้สึกหนักท้อง และความสุขยังคงอยู่ตลอดทางกลับบ้าน

Especially, this salted squid is so popular that it is sold at the restaurant! The aroma of yuzu (a kind of citrus fruit) goes great with rice! I made a mistake in choosing a small portion of rice... Because the rice was going down so fast even before the tempura arrived! Tempura is placed on the bat in order as soon as it is fried! The tempura is served with salt or tempura sauce. The slightly thick tempura sauce goes very well with tempura! Dip it in a lot and eat it, yummy! They will replenish it when it runs out. Of course, all the ingredients were freshly fried and tasty!
