Campos de Estrellas Brut Rosé with fine bubbles and refreshing acidity. A pleasant contrast of 'Crisp → Fizzy' is created in the mouth, enhancing the texture! The toasty flavor and soft richness derived from yeast, aged for over 15 months in bottle fermentation, harmonizes with the sweetness of the tempura.
The sweetness and crispiness of freshly fried shrimp are beautifully highlighted by the fine bubbles! The delicate white fish flavors of the sweetfish and conger eel are complemented by the light mineral notes of the cava, leaving a refreshing aftertaste!
