On a recent expedition to Kyoto
Kyotenjin Noguchi (3)
2019 is an omise that is all booked up and newcomers can only get in with cancellations.
The proprietor, Mr. Noguchi, was the second chef at "Muromachi-Wakuden",
After that, he worked as the head chef at "Gokomachi Tsubaki" before setting up his own restaurant.
⭐️Taste 7.5~8
⭐️Service10 For some reason, I had to be about an hour late, but I had to go home for the day, so with only an hour to eat, they served me at a good tempo, and I was very grateful without even a sour look on my face.
⭐️ atmosphere 9. The space was great. Would definitely like to revisit.

⭐️Direction 7. Nothing special.
As expected, it lives up to its reputation,
It was another great restaurant with a different taste among the best Japanese restaurants.

I had the Pasta with Blueberry, Avocado and Mozzarella Cheese and the Strawberry Millefeuille. At first glance, it seemed like an unusual combination, but as an avocado lover, I really enjoyed it. The blueberries were also a nice little accent.
The strawberry millefeuille had a crispy, crunchy pie that was light enough to enjoy after the pasta. The strawberries on top were delicious, and the three kinds of cream in between were very tasty. However, it would be nice if it were a little more affordable since it is a luxury lunch. I reduced 0.5 stars. Other than that, I am very satisfied.
