Just a short walk from Ginza Station. Located on the first basement floor of a beautiful building. In front of the famous Inaniwa Udon noodle restaurant, Sato Yosuke. Inside is a retro old-fashioned house with a luxurious atmosphere, with doorboards and chests of drawers that are about 200 years old. Very stylish.

The costuming is very high.
First of all, the main meat is very tender. The meat is cooked slowly at a low temperature on the outside and then heated to a high temperature to lock in the flavor without losing any of it. The condensed flavor was fantastic.
The foie gras in a small bowl left a particularly strong impression on me. The rich texture, flavor, and sweetness were in perfect harmony. The seafood hot pot with lobster and milt was also excellent.
While the basic course is meat, you can enjoy seafood nabe, a small bowl of cooked food, rice and miso soup, and a great variety of other dishes. It is a very satisfying course.

The service was courteous from start to finish, and it was very easy to spend time there.
General comment
I think this is the perfect place to go when you want to splurge a little. Lunch is not too expensive and you can enjoy the best meat and seafood.
The meat is awarded the Champion Beef Award. The meat is tender, juicy, and delicious when served medium rare.
Many people come for lunch, and the Tajima beef hamburger lunch is available for 3,500 yen. Vegetables and soup are also included in the price. The hamburger steak is crispy on the outside and fluffy and juicy on the inside.
