We offer two special appetizers using seasonal ingredients, which change monthly. Vegetables are mainly sourced from producers throughout Japan who are particular about their produce, and we are particular about seasonings and condiments. For the main course, only carefully selected heifer steaks are used, and they are grilled slowly using binchotan charcoal and an iron plate. The chef's recommended Chateaubriand course features carefully selected seasonal ingredients and the world's three most prized delicacies such as caviar, foie gras, and truffles, all of which are high-end ingredients. The steak is prepared from Chateaubriand, the highest quality part of heifer, and is carefully grilled using binchotan charcoal and an iron plate. Vegetables are mainly from our own farm in Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and we are particular about seasonings and condiments.
