After graduating from university, I trained at Aoyama Sabatini and traveled to Italy. I visited Tuscany and Sardinia, experiencing a variety of ingredients and dishes. After returning to Japan, I utilized that experience as the head chef at Ginza Porto Faro (main store), but my interest in Japanese ingredients never waned. Driven by the desire for people to enjoy ingredients through various cooking methods, I opened Teppanyaki Ristorante Porto Faro, where you can enjoy dishes that incorporate the essence of Italian cuisine into the charm of Japanese flavors, in celebration of the 25th anniversary of Porto Faro.
Of course, it is available a la carte, and you can also enjoy it as part of a course. We will also recommend wines that pair well with the dish, so please feel free to ask.
