This is an orthodox plan that summarizes our restaurant's attractions in a compact package and is recommended for first-time customers. This course is a plan in which dessert is changed to a whole cake specially made by the patissier. This is a trial course that can be enjoyed by those who are new to the main Yamashina restaurant. Recommended for repeat customers who want to enjoy the essence of teppanyaki as well as meat. In addition to Omi beef, this course also includes shark's fin, which is known as a high-end Chinese ingredient not found at other restaurants, and teppan-yaki live abalones, which attracts repeat customers. This is an a la carte order of your favorite items at Yakiniku. Please order what you want to eat and as much as you want to eat. There is an appetizer charge of 1 yen per person. Even if you wish to order a course on the day of your order, we may not be able to accept your order due to the Yakitori. Please understand this in advance. An appetizer charge of 1 yen per person will be added to your bill. A 10% private room charge will be added to the bill. This is not an all-you-can-eat course.
