The hamburger steak and the lentils served with it are both very special, which is why the hamburger steak is so delicious!
The luscious mozzarella cheese is also included in the hamburger patty, and the hamburger patty is served with the lentils.
The hamburger steak was just as good as the rumors said it would be! Highly recommended!

Even though there are plenty of seats, they limit the number of customers to only 3 every day, considering the time it takes to serve the food.

When people ask me which restaurant I liked the most recently, this is the first place I introduce. I introduce this place first when I'm asked.
I hate that it's so hard to get a reservation.

If you just cut out the "fish - lobster - meat" flow, this might be my favorite French dish in the last few years.
In the fish dishes, the crispy scales of sea bream and the risotto with clam broth were the best.
Then the lobster before the meat dish.
The lobster was not overcooked, but retained a nice texture.
I think there are many restaurants where the appetizers are very impressive but the meat dishes are disappointing, but on this day, the beef filet was from Gunma Prefecture!
I think it was about 100 grams per person.
The filet was very tender without any unnecessary fat, and you could really taste the flavor of the meat.
I was worried that if the dessert was disappointing, it would break the trend, but the dessert was also delicious and I was determined to repeat the experience.
Reservations seem to be easy to make and we found a very good restaurant.
