I bought some souvenirs at Tokyo Daimaru and came to Shin-Marunouchi to buy some bread!

The char-grilled fillet of Sanda beef had the perfect balance of lean meat and sweet fat. Tomosankaku, even with its high fat content, can be enjoyed with the charbroiled beef and wasabi soy sauce.
While the meat was expected to be excellent, the cold corn soup, sea urchin (rare sea), sea bream, and sweet shrimp from the seafood platter were presented at their best and made for a satisfying combination.
The additional abalone was also a gem, with both the heat and the sauce bringing out the best flavor.
The lush green, resort-like terrace is the perfect place with a pleasant breeze. Enjoy a course lunch. The salad with crab miso cream has a delightful crunchy taste of vegetables. The grilled Ezo-deer in a salted kettle is excellent, the meat is very tender and has no smell. The basque cheesecake is also delicious and very satisfying to the end. All plates are of a high level, beautiful in appearance and elegant in taste. I would like to visit this restaurant in the evening as well.
