The YUYAY Course, featuring a selection of Peru’s signature dishes, is highly recommended for those new to Peruvian cuisine! For your welcome drink, you can choose between “chicha morada,” a traditional purple corn juice, or “espumante,” a Peruvian sparkling wine. For the appetizer, we serve “ceviche,” one of Peru’s most iconic dishes. For the main course, you can enjoy two dishes: “Pesca a lo Macho,” a sautéed seafood dish, and “Lomito,” a sautéed beef dish.
