Using the 'Miho Matsu Saba' raised in our own aquaculture facility, the mackerel grown in the rich environment utilizing the underground seawater of Miho Matsubara in Shizuoka is rich in fat and has a melting texture that is appealing. This brand mackerel, certified as 'Shizumae Fresh Fish', has been prepared as a carpaccio while still fresh.
