Saku. This shochu has a mellow and well-balanced flavor while retaining the aroma of soba.
Kiso. Using the buckwheat from Shinshu Kiso. A straightforward soba aroma. Highly recommended.
Saku. It has a strong character. Difficult to drink. However, there are enthusiastic fans of this soba shochu.
Tatsuno. It is read as 'Kokoya'. A rice shochu made by a famous sake brewery. Soba noodle broth dilution is recommended.
Shiojiri Kikyogahara. A white wine made from early-harvested Niagara grapes to suppress the strong aroma.
Kikyogahara, Shiojiri. A red wine aged in oak barrels, blended with Merlot and Almonoir.
The only whiskey distillery in Nagano Prefecture, 'Mars Shinshu Distillery', offers this whiskey limited to Nagano Prefecture. It features a refreshing taste that evokes the rich nature and clear air of Shinshu, along with the vibrant aroma of malt, characteristic of blended whiskey.
