Welcome drink choices include chichamorada, a traditional purple corn juice, or espumante, a Peruvian sparkling wine. For appetizers, we offer iconic Peruvian dishes such as "ceviche" and "causa. For the main course, guests will enjoy two dishes: "Pescado a lo Macho," sautéed seafood, and "Lomito," sautéed beef and vegetables. The menu is perfect for special occasions such as important anniversaries and business entertainment, allowing you to enjoy the diverse flavors of Peruvian cuisine to your heart's content.
Beginning with a welcome drink, three cold appetizers, including octopus with olive sauce, quinoa causa, and ceviche from the Amazon region, will give guests a taste of Peru's diverse food culture. Three hot appetizers, including oven-baked scallops and assorted grilled dishes, are also available. Expectations are high for a wide variety of appetizers. The main course is "Rocoto Regeno," Peruvian rocoto peppers stuffed with beef and grilled. Its bright appearance and spicy flavor will brighten up your table. For dessert, there is even ice cream made from lucuma, a Peruvian super fruit, We promise a luxurious and exciting experience for your special day.
