Chef Olivier Oddos, originally from Bordeaux, selects all wines from the main wine-producing regions of France, tasting them himself. His selection includes many biodynamic wines and organic Cognac and Calvados for after-dinner drinks. Wine prices range mainly from around 8,000 yen per bottle for both red and white wines, and glasses can be enjoyed starting from 1,600 yen. *Please note that the wine selection may change depending on the season. The knowledgeable sommelier is happy to assist both beginners and wine enthusiasts in finding the perfect pairing for each dish at this casually elegant restaurant.
