We keep locally caught fish such as rockfish and grouper in a live tank. We prepare it after you place your order. The leftover parts can be enjoyed in miso soup or as crispy fish bones, depending on the size.

We use live ingredients as much as possible, but due to the rapid decline in freshness, we may intentionally use ingredients that have been quickly frozen at -60 degrees after being live processed to remove inedible parts. Please ask the staff about the stock status for the day.
