We keep locally caught fish such as rockfish and grouper in a live tank. We will prepare it after you place your order. The leftover parts can be enjoyed in miso soup or as crispy fish bones, depending on the size.
We use live ingredients as much as possible, but due to the rapid decline in freshness, we may intentionally prepare them by first killing them and removing inedible parts, then using those that have been rapidly frozen at -60 degrees. Please ask the staff about the availability on the day.

The popular menu item 'Mackerel Fried Rice' from the time of our establishment has made a comeback! This fried rice features a rich flavor made with Numazu's specialty oil mackerel and Shizuoka's freshly boiled shirasu. One plate serves 1.5 to 2 people. It may take some time to prepare, so it is recommended to place your order as early as possible for a smoother experience.
You can enjoy as much as you like of various soups such as fish soup and vegetable soup, served self-service. Please feel free to use it.

From spring to autumn, enjoy sweet summer oranges and new summer oranges, as well as hassaku. From autumn to spring, you can enjoy various citrus fruits such as sudachi, daidai, kabosu, and green mandarin, depending on the season. Highballs are also available. Please give it a try.

Perhaps the only place in Atami where you can drink Habu Sake with a Habu inside. It is served as a shot with soda.
This wine is made from mikan, a specialty of Izu. Both sweet and dry varieties are available in full bottles and by the glass.

This is a rich Shizuoka tea with brown rice from the famous long-established shop, Chasen, in the neighborhood.
