This course is not available on Fridays. This is a luxurious 7-course menu featuring popular dishes that you cannot miss when you come to Nigo. The scallop and scalloped rice with grated yam is a special dish that is prepared on the table with the aroma of freshly cooked scallop and scalloped rice.
This sumptuous 8-course menu features our famous "Beef tongue and Wagyu beef shigureni simmered in an earthenware pot with rice", sashimi directly from Kyushu, fried raw horse mackerel, and other popular dishes that you cannot miss when you come to Nigo. The earthenware pot rice, which locks in the flavor, is a special dish that is prepared on the table with the aroma of freshly cooked rice.
This is a lightly cloudy sake that has not undergone any filtration or heat sterilization. It has a soft and rounded profile while also offering a fresh and refreshing ginjo aroma, along with a flavor bursting with fruitiness. Please enjoy it well chilled.
