Irori restaurant's specialty, grilled wild woman fish in Irori and and Shinshu pork from Nagano Prefecture and red snow crab from Toyama Prefecture. Please feel free to use this plan for a dinner party with your friends. The price is 4,980 yen (tax included) until March 31, 2024.
Enjoy the tastes of Hokushinetsu, such as fresh fish sashimi from the fishing port in Kanazawa, grilled rockfish from Niigata Prefecture with natural salt, and Shinshu beef. Please feel free to use our restaurant for dinner parties with your friends.

[Ryo] This summer-only banquet plan features an abundance of seasonal delicacies from the Hokushin’etsu region, including Shinshu beef. The menu includes wild rock oysters from the Sea of Japan—a summer staple often called “the milk of the sea”—as well as Kuzuryu ayu sweetfish, grilled over binchotan charcoal to achieve a crispy exterior and tender interior thanks to the charcoal’s far-infrared effects, hairy crabs salt-boiled on the beach immediately after being caught, and our house-made roast beef made with Nagano Prefecture’s renowned brand beef—this seven-course menu showcases the best of the region’s summer harvest. [Appetizers] This banquet plan features Kuzuryu ayu (sweetfish) grilled over a traditional hearth, caught in the clear waters of the Kuzuryu River in Fukui Prefecture. The seven-course menu also features a ceramic-plate grill dish combining Noto conger eel with julienned vegetables, cold shabu-shabu made with Shinshu’s premier brand pork, and sashimi made from fresh fish sourced almost daily via direct delivery from various fishing ports in the Hokuriku region. You can enjoy 'Nodoguro' directly shipped from the fishing port in Ishikawa, grilled using Noto natural salt. The price may vary depending on the procurement. (Approximately 5500 to 8800 yen)
We carefully grill the 'Iwana' (wild trout) that only lives in clean water over binchotan charcoal. Please enjoy it with natural salt from Noto.

We offer 2.5 hours of all-you-can-drink. A rich lineup including 10 varieties of sake from the Hokushin'etsu region, bottled beer, shochu, highballs, plum wine, and soft drinks. There will be no all-you-can-drink sales in December. An additional charge of 10% of the total amount will apply.
Sake is served in a high-quality sake vessel 'Tin' (excluding all-you-can-drink options). Our sake vessels are made by 'Nosaku', famous for tin crafts in Toyama Prefecture. Tin is a magical vessel that makes sake smoother. It has a high thermal conductivity, keeping cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot, providing all the best for the drinker!
Our staff, certified as Sake Professionals, is always available. We will carefully select sake according to your preferences. In response to the common feedback from customers, 'With so many varieties, I don't know which one to choose,' our Sake Professional will assist you. Please feel free to let us know your taste preferences and requests.
In winter, we have freshly pressed new sake; in spring, we offer lightly cloudy sake and hanami sake; in summer, enjoy refreshing dry sake; and in autumn, we feature 'hiyadori'. We focus on seasonal limited editions that can only be enjoyed during that time, as well as limited quantity sake and regionally distributed sake that we receive regularly! There are also sake that are hard to find in Tokyo...!!! We even have Katsukoma, which has become one of the most difficult brands to procure nationwide.
