Using seasonal ingredients, we offer a total of 16 dishes including appetizers, tempura, a la carte dishes, meals, and desserts. In addition to tempura, the chef's long experience in Japanese cuisine has been put to good use in the superb dishes. The first half of the course features tempura with homemade salt, while the second half is composed of ingredients that go well with tempura soup. We offer champagne, wine, etc. to match the course.
