This course includes the famous Chinese vegetable dish "Shumei", homemade soup made from Jinhua ham steamed over high heat for 10 hours, and a variety of seasonal ingredients. The menu changes every two months so that you can enjoy your meal with a fresh feeling every time you come.
In addition to our signature dishes such as our famous Jinhua pork chashu, you will also be able to enjoy dishes such as steamed Jinhua ham soup, seasonal dishes using seasonal ingredients, braised top-quality blue shark tail filet, crispy fried Peking duck pigeon and other unique baked dishes of Chinese cuisine Han. The course is a collection of the best of Cantonese cuisine.
