This is a special blend designed to pair with our Wagyu curry sauce, featuring the brand rice from Yamagata Prefecture, grown in rich water sources and soil, namely 'Tsuyahime' and 'Yukiwakamaru'. The firm texture of 'Yukiwakamaru' and the chewy consistency of 'Tsuyahime', along with the sweetness that spreads with each bite, evoke the original deliciousness of rice. This is the highest quality Uonuma Koshihikari rice, delicately crafted by one of only seven recipients of the 'Diamond Award' in Tsunan Town, Niigata Prefecture, a heavy snowfall area. Using water rich in minerals and organic fertilizers, it is grown in an optimal environment for rice cultivation. The chewy texture and rich sweetness and umami of this rice are loved by gourmets and used in high-end restaurants both domestically and internationally, including Michelin three-star establishments.
