We have received many requests for a "Sushi Course" at our restaurant, which has an excellent reputation for its rice and fish. We have been asked directly to offer a sushi course, and have sometimes arranged an existing course, but now we have decided to offer it as a fixed course as well. Rice purchased directly from contract farmers is served freshly cooked one by one in an earthenware pot for our customers. A full course meal with a variety of small dishes is prepared at the discretion of the proprietor.
