This is a 'new genre' miso ramen from the Sapporo main store, combining Hokkaido potatoes in a potage soup with melting cheese.
Ramen using a light and clear soup. A blend of several types of white miso and red miso from Hokkaido, combined with flavorful vegetables for a rich miso flavor. The punch of the miso adds a unique depth. Topped with ground sesame to enhance the smoothness, and optionally adding a bit of chili powder intensifies the flavor, further highlighting the taste of the miso!
