[Rhone] Main variety: Chardonnay (Dry) The refreshing quality reminiscent of apples is its charm. A crisp mouthfeel, the blessed soil of Aldesh, and the warm, shining sun. This is a high cost-performance bottle where 100% Chardonnay from a wonderful vineyard has been brought to fruition by the techniques of Louis Latour.
[Alsace] Main variety: Riesling (dry) This wine has a very rich finish with the lively fruitiness inherent in the grapes, balanced perfectly with a dry palate and delicate aromas. This dry and refreshing Riesling can be enjoyed throughout the entire meal.
[Bordeaux] Main varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon (full-bodied) First growth Bordeaux classification, a wine directly from Mouton. It features aromas of blueberries and raspberries, a sweet and endlessly pleasant drinking experience, and an elegant taste derived from oak barrel aging.
[Burgundy] Main variety: Pinot Noir (medium body) aged for 8 months in 5-year-old French oak. Charming aromas of small red fruits and flavors reminiscent of minerals. It has a gentle fullness, and the tannins are mild.

[Burgundy] Main variety: Chardonnay. A tradition from my grandfather, a small-scale producer in Macon who values old vines. A moderate thickness with a fruity and rounded style.
[Burgundy] Main variety: Pinot Noir. The flavor of red fruits spreads, feeling juicy and energetic. It is a very elegant, stylish, and enchanting wine.
Sparkling main variety: 100% Chardonnay, a true specialty of Ferrari known as 'Blanc de Blancs'. It has an attractive fruit with rich aromas that pleasantly scent the air, and the typical taste of Chardonnay grown in mountainous areas, with a pleasant finish that lingers, evoking hints of vanilla and yeast.
Champagne white main varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay. It is produced after a minimum of 36 months of bottle aging, which is a long aging period for a standard cuvée. It offers creamy bubbles, aromas of white peach and brioche, and a rich, fruity taste with a long finish.
