Starting with top red meat yukayu-style and red meat sushi, the plan includes two kinds of thick-sliced tongue and top salt tongue, melt-in-your-mouth yakisuki, and a gorgeous assortment of five rare cuts of beef including ichibo, lamb shin, kainomi, and Kobe beef deltoids. Beginning with sumptuous appetizers such as raw kimchi, roast beef, and red sushi, the course features two gorgeous cuts of tan (thick-sliced tan) and kokujo tan (top tan). The main course includes three kinds of rare cuts of beef: ichibo, lamb shingles, and Kobe beef triangular, as well as Wagyu beef halami, top loin, and top ribs. Four kinds of hormone, seasonal takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with seasonal vegetables), and strawberry parfait for dessert round out the blissful menu.
