The restaurant's location in Kamakura is one of the reasons why you can enjoy dishes that would cost close to 30,000 yen if you eat in Tokyo, but only a little over 10,000 yen.
The yodaregye sauce is very tasty, and the gyoza (dumplings) served afterward are also served with the leftover sauce, but if you ask for it, they sometimes serve sansho noodles.
Other memorable items include the Fork Buns, Tantan Noodles, and the Shaoxing wine ice cream in the middle that is served if you ask for more.
The greenery that can be seen from the counter is also very relaxing, so I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch when the weather is nice.
It was a little strange that there was no tea at the end of the meal, even though there were many tea cakes served at the end.

Ichirin Hanare was the No. 1 restaurant I wanted to go to in my hometown of Kamakura. It was a long time ago that my esteemed brother took me there. I know it's in the log, but I was reminded of it today when Textur A was mentioned.
The world view is amazing. You can dine in a private room in the style of an old private house and enjoy high-level Chinese cuisine in this Kamakura-like atmosphere. The chicken dumplings were dipped in a spicy Sichuan-style sauce, then the dumplings were dipped in the sauce, then the noodles were dipped in the sauce, and then the noodles were served with sansho (Chinese pepper). The deliciousness just kept spreading and spreading. I definitely want to go back to this restaurant.

[Ichirin Hanare] A short trip to Kamakura. Actually, this is my first time to land in Kamakura! This atmosphere, although similar to that of Kawagoe and Kusatsu, feels somewhat strange because of its proximity to the sea.
Speaking of Kamakura, I had to visit Ichirin Hanare.
The big hit this time was a cutlet sandwich made with Miyazaki Minami no Shima pork, although it was hard to choose between the two! The sesame mustard is a nice accent.
And here is a classic: Bean Curd Bean Curd with Cod Milt. I love this hot and spicy balance too much 😋.
The pepper kneaded noodles with yodarechicken and the Daifuku with Sansho pepper, I saw the quintessential use of Sansho everywhere.
The food and gourmet conversation with Chef Saito was also interesting!
Today's keyword was "just right" 🤣.

[Today, I went to Kamakura for the first time in a while. I left home after sleeping in and arrived in Kamakura around noon.
Since the train was not crowded at all, I thought Kamakura would be empty, but the station and Komachi-dori were crowded!
Of course, Ichirin Hanare is the place to be in Kamakura.

Starting with the button prawns marinated in rice wine, followed by the usual yodarechicken and dumplings to go with it! And sansho noodles. It is no exaggeration to say that I was already satisfied at this point.
But from there, the dishes just kept on raging. While all of them could be called the main course, today I somehow found the pepper stewed Hokusori clam and yuba, bamboo shoots, snap peas, and firefly squid very tasty 😋.
It's in season and the weather was nice in the morning and afternoon.
The pepper stew had a mild sourness from the vinegar simmered in it, which made me feel relaxed. And the good aroma of bamboo shoots and the complex salty, bitter, sweet, and umami tastes of firefly squid are very good. Spring is good!
It was fun to meet Mr. Saito after a long time and talk with him about his new restaurant in Yurakucho, which is scheduled to open in late April! Thank you very much!
My wife and I were very pleased with the food, which exceeded our expectations. Everything was delicious. We even found a delicious Shaoxing wine that we had never tasted before. I was also impressed by the thoughtfulness of the staff. The atmosphere in the private room was wonderful and made me want to stay there forever. I will definitely go there again even if it is far from Chiba Prefecture.
